Whether you are just starting out or have been with us for a while, you will find clear answers on everything from account setup and PKR payments to Cricket betting markets and VIP rewards. Account & Registration

Getting started, verification and account management

Go to the Register page and fill in your details — a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, your preferred password and your date of birth. You must be 18 or older to register. Once your details are submitted, your account is created and you can log in immediately. Keep your login credentials safe and never share them with anyone.

No. lake97 allows only one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts goes against our Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being suspended, including any balances and bonuses. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, contact support — do not open a new one.

Visit the Login page and enter the mobile number or email address you registered with, along with your password. If you tick "keep me logged in", you will stay signed in on that device until you manually log out. For the smoothest experience on your phone, we recommend using the lake97 App.

Reach out to the 24/7 live support team via the chat option on the platform. They will verify your identity using the mobile number or email linked to your account and help you set a new password. The process is usually sorted within a few minutes. Never create a second account to get around a lost password.

Account verification may be required at certain stages, particularly before processing larger withdrawals. This is a standard security measure to protect players and prevent misuse. If verification is needed, the support team will guide you through what documents or confirmation steps are required.
💳

Deposits & Withdrawals

PKR payments, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer

lake97 supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees — no currency conversion is needed.

Most deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are processed within a few minutes. Bank Transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact live support with your transaction reference number for a quick check.

Go to the withdrawal section in your account dashboard, choose your preferred method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, etc.) and enter the amount. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method you used to deposit in most cases. Processing times vary by method, but most mobile wallet withdrawals are completed quickly.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts depend on the payment method you choose. The current limits for each method are displayed on the cashier page within your account. lake97 keeps minimum amounts accessible for Pakistani players so you can start without needing a large upfront deposit.

lake97 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your provider if you notice any deductions that do not appear to come from lake97.

Casino & Games

Slots, live casino, fish games and more

lake97 offers a wide range across all major categories: live casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti), video slots, classic slots, instant win games, fish shooting games, crash games and more. The full library is accessible through the Casino page.

Fish games are arcade-style shooting games where you aim at fish and sea creatures to earn prizes. Different fish carry different point values and multipliers. They are fast-paced, visually impressive and popular with Pakistani players looking for something different from traditional casino games. Browse the full selection on the Fish Games page.

Yes. All live casino games on lake97 are optimised for mobile play. You can enjoy HD live dealer tables on your Android or iOS device through both the mobile browser and the lake97 App. A stable internet connection — either 4G or Wi-Fi — gives you the best experience.

lake97 works with established game providers whose slot and RNG-based games are built on certified random number generator technology. Live casino games use real dealers and real cards or wheels, streamed in real time — nothing is pre-recorded or manipulated. The outcome of each game is determined independently of the platform.
🏏

Sports Betting

Cricket, PSL, T20 and live betting markets

Cricket is the primary focus — that covers Pakistan international matches, PSL (Pakistan Super League), T20 tournaments, test matches and domestic fixtures. You will also find Football, Esports and other international sports. New markets are added during major tournaments so there is almost always something live to bet on.

Yes. Live betting lets you place wagers while a match is in progress. For Cricket, odds update ball by ball so you can react to what is happening on the pitch in real time. In-play markets are clearly marked in the sportsbook and are available throughout the match, subject to coverage.

Absolutely. PSL is one of the most popular betting categories on lake97 among Pakistani players. Match winner, top batsman, total sixes, innings totals and many other markets are available throughout the PSL season. Live betting is also active during PSL fixtures.

If a cricket match or any sporting event is abandoned, cancelled or postponed before the minimum number of overs or time required by the rules are completed, affected bets are typically voided and stakes returned to your account balance. The exact rules for specific markets are outlined in the platform's betting terms. Contact support if you have a question about a specific settlement.
🎁

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback and more

New lake97 members can access welcome bonuses on their first deposit. The specific offer and its terms are displayed on the Promotions page. Bonus availability and amounts can change, so always check the current promotions page for the latest offers before depositing.

A wagering requirement (also called rollover or playthrough) is the number of times you need to wager a bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before you can cash out the bonus. All wagering requirements are listed clearly in each promotion's terms.

Most bonuses are credited automatically when you meet the qualifying conditions — usually making a deposit of the required minimum amount. Some promotions require you to opt in or enter a promo code first. Full claim instructions are on each promotion's detail page at Promotions.

Yes. All bonuses have an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date they are credited, depending on the promotion. If you do not meet the wagering requirement within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings from it will be removed from your account. Check the terms of each bonus for the exact expiry window.

VIP Programme

Tiers, rewards, cashback and exclusive perks

The lake97 VIP programme is a tiered loyalty system. Every time you play — whether betting on Cricket, spinning slots or joining live casino tables — you accumulate points that move you through VIP levels. Higher tiers unlock better benefits including faster withdrawals, higher deposit limits, exclusive bonuses and personalised support. See the full breakdown on the VIP page.

Your VIP tier advances automatically as you accumulate points through regular gameplay. There is no application needed. Your current tier, points balance and progress to the next level are visible in your account dashboard after logging in. Consistent play across any game category contributes to your total.

Higher VIP tiers at lake97 typically include better cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, higher withdrawal limits, exclusive reload bonuses, priority customer support and special seasonal rewards during events like PSL or cricket internationals. The exact perks per tier are listed on the VIP page.
📱

Mobile App

Download, install and use the lake97 App

Yes. The lake97 App is available for both Android and iOS. It gives you the complete platform experience — betting, live casino, slots, fish games, deposits and withdrawals — all from your phone. Visit the App page for download instructions.

No. Your existing lake97 account works across both the website and the App. Log in using the same credentials and you will see the same balance, bonuses, bet history and VIP status. No additional registration is required.

Android devices block installations from outside the Play Store by default. To install the lake97 APK, go to your phone's Settings → Security (or Privacy) → enable "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow installs from this source". Then re-download the APK from the App page and tap to install. If you still have trouble, the support team can walk you through it step by step.

The lake97 App is optimised to load quickly even on a 3G or moderate 4G connection. Live casino streams require a stronger signal for the best video quality, but sports betting, slots and fish games run well on most standard Pakistani mobile data connections. For consistently smooth live streaming, a Wi-Fi connection is recommended.

Responsible Gaming

Staying in control of your play

lake97 provides several self-management tools accessible from your account settings: deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools help you stay in control of how much time and money you spend. Full details are on the Responsible Gaming page.

Yes. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once a limit is in place, you will not be able to deposit more than that amount within the chosen period. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it may require a cooling-off period to ensure the decision is considered and deliberate.

If you feel you are spending more time or money than you intended, take a break. Use the self-exclusion or cooling-off tools in your account settings to pause your access for a defined period. You can also contact the support team who can assist you in setting restrictions. Gaming should always stay a form of entertainment — if it stops being fun, it is a clear sign to step back.

No. lake97 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm you are of legal age. Age verification may be required at any point during your account's lifetime. If you suspect a minor is accessing the platform, please contact support immediately.
About lake97

Everything You Need to Know About lake97

lake97 is an online gaming and sports betting platform built specifically for Pakistani players. Everything on the platform — from the payment methods to the sports markets — is set up with local users in mind. Deposits and withdrawals run in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer, so you never have to deal with currency conversions or confusing international payment flows.

Cricket is at the heart of the sportsbook. Whether it is a PSL fixture, a T20 international, a test match or a domestic tournament, there are markets covering match winners, top run-scorers, individual over totals, player dismissals and many more in-play options. Odds update ball by ball during live matches, giving you the chance to react to the game as it develops rather than just locking in a pre-match wager.

A Platform Built Around Pakistani Players

Beyond Cricket, lake97 covers Football, Esports and international sports. The casino section includes live dealer tables with Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger and Teen Patti — streamed 24/7 with real dealers. Slot players have access to hundreds of titles from popular providers, while fish game enthusiasts have a dedicated section with multiple shooting game variants that have become a big draw for Pakistani users.

The VIP programme rewards regular players automatically. There is no application process — your tier advances as you accumulate points through any gameplay activity. Higher tiers bring faster withdrawal processing, better cashback rates and exclusive seasonal bonuses that align with major cricket events like the PSL season and international series.

Playing on Mobile

Most lake97 players access the platform on their phones, which is exactly why the mobile experience has been given serious attention. The website loads well on a mobile browser, but for the smoothest performance, the dedicated App is the better option. Available for Android and iOS, it gives you the full platform — sportsbook, live casino, slots, fish games, deposits and withdrawals — in a format designed for phone screens. Your account, balance and history sync seamlessly between the App and the website.

Getting Support

If this FAQ has not answered your question, the 24/7 live support team is always available from your account dashboard. Whether it is a payment query, a bonus question or a technical issue with the App, the team can generally resolve most issues within a short time. For account security questions, they will verify your identity before making any changes, which keeps your account protected.

Playing Responsibly

Responsible gaming is taken seriously at lake97. The platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion tools — all available from your account settings. Gaming should be entertaining, not stressful. Set a budget before you start each session, treat any losses as the cost of entertainment rather than a problem to chase, and use the available tools if you ever feel your play is getting out of hand. Full guidance is on the Responsible Gaming page.
